The Mentor-Mentee Program was formed as a simple/flexible way to help connect students with the professional world, provide educational opportunities for young professionals while creating a mutually rewarding experience for mentors. 

 

As a mentor, you must be willing to commit for two semesters, connect with your mentee(s) at least once a month, open your network to your mentee(s), and provide guidance/support as they transition into the working world. Meetings can be via phone, email, or in person upon agreement.
